Art Rental Policy
Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
This Art Rental Policy outlines the terms and conditions for renting artworks from Caris Pepper Creative Therapies. Our goal is to provide businesses with access to high-quality art that enhances their office environments and promotes a positive workplace culture.
2. Eligibility
Art rental is available to corporate clients, businesses, and institutions located in Australia and Southeast Asia. Clients must agree to the terms outlined in this policy and sign a rental contract before any artwork is delivered.
3. Rental Period
The minimum rental period is 3 months, and the maximum rental period is 12 months. Extensions beyond the initial rental period are subject to availability and must be agreed upon in writing.
4. Rental Fees
Rental fees are determined based on the size and type of artwork. Fees are billed monthly and must be paid in advance. All fees are quoted in AUD, and clients are responsible for any applicable taxes and shipping costs.
5. Shipping and Installation
Artwork will be shipped to the client’s location at the client’s expense. Caris Pepper Creative Therapies can arrange for professional installation upon request. Clients are responsible for any installation costs.
6. Care and Maintenance
Clients are expected to care for the artwork as if it were their own. This includes ensuring that the artwork is displayed in a suitable environment, free from excessive humidity, direct sunlight, and other harmful conditions. Any damage to the artwork must be reported immediately.
7. Insurance
Clients are responsible for insuring the artwork against theft, damage, and loss for the duration of the rental period. Proof of insurance may be required before the artwork is delivered.
8. Return of Artwork
At the end of the rental period, clients must return the artwork in the same condition it was received. Caris Pepper Creative Therapies will provide return shipping instructions. Clients are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
9. Purchase Option
Clients have the option to purchase the artwork during or at the end of the rental period. The purchase price will be prorated based on the rental fees already paid.
10. Termination
Caris Pepper Creative Therapies reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement if the client fails to comply with the terms of this policy. In the event of termination, the client must return the artwork immediately.
11. Amendments
Caris Pepper Creative Therapies reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes in writing.
